Is there any hope of me removing hair from my legs?
I've tried shaving. That leaves black dots, like pepper flakes or something. Even if I could get past that, my legs itch horribly afterwards and if I try to shave again before my hair fully grows, I always somehow cut myself and cause red bumps. I currently use moisturizing sensitive shaving gel and a 5 blade vibrating razor, though I've tried many types. I soak my legs in warm water and exfoliate before shaving, as well as every other day after. After I shave I apply baby oil and every few hours I use a moisturizing lotion, but it only helps for half an hour, then I'm itching again, and I always have those darn black dots!
Waxing didn't work, it either did nothing or just broke the hairs down to stubble. I've tried hair removal creams and nair, they only burned my skin and did nothing to the hair(which is ironic considering I used it EVERYWHERE else on my body except my face and there was no problem). Epilators don't work either.
Can someone please suggest something

Grip the bottom of the strip, and pull PARALLEL to your leg, not straight up! And you CAN'T PULL SLOWLY, or the wax just sticks to your leg.
Taking some Tylenol or ibuprofen before may help with the sting if you're easily pained. With waxing, the hair grows in with a softer feeling because its pulled out from the root and it lasts longer because a new hair has to grow in.
Another tip, if you're not down with waxing after you TRY AGAIN, instead of using shaving cream or gel to wax your legs, try using regular lotion or baby oil.
